1 General Terms and Conditions

2 Account Registration

To open an account with VS7889, you must meet the following requirements. All information provided during registration must be truthful and your own. Accounts registered with false or inaccurate information will be closed.

• Each individual may register only one account on VS7889. One Account manage.
• Please provide your correct name, mobile number, date of birth, and email address during registration.
• Attempting to open multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is a punishable offence.
• Keep your account password confidential. VS7889 will never ask for your password.
• To update your account details, please contact our support team.
• Phone number OTP verification is required to complete registration.

VS7889 may request a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving license at any time to verify your account details. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

VS7889 supports all of Bangladesh's most popular payment methods. The following rules on deposits and withdrawals are mandatory.

• Deposits are credited to your account instantly; if you experience any issues, contact Support within 24 hours.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be processed through the same method used to make your deposit.
• KYC verification is required for all withdrawals.

• VS7889 may suspend or cancel withdrawals if money laundering is suspected.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement must be met (typically 20x–30x).

5 Betting Rules

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time; bets may be voided due to connectivity issues.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If an unusually high volume of bets is placed on a single match, VS7889 may delay payment pending investigation.
• Slots and casino games use an RNG (Random Number Generator); all results are completely random.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by game and are displayed in the game lobby.

In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a technical issue interrupts gameplay, VS7889 may void the result or restart the game, in which case the full bet amount will be refunded.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on VS7889. Violations will result in permanent account closure and legal action where necessary.

• Opening multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Using any fraudulent method to predetermine the outcome of a game.

• Attempting to access another user's account or steal their information.

• Creating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Account Closure

9 Limitation of Liability

• For delays or issues caused by third-party payment gateways.
